The Management Agency, Inc. provides a full array of artist management and development services. We are not simply an agency who manages artists. Rather, we provide advice, guidance, counsel, and other services an artist may reasonably require to further his or her career as a musician, composer, actor, recording, and performing artist; we help develop new and different areas within which his or her artistic talents can be developed, and we work with other firms or persons who may be retained for the purpose of securing contacts, engagements or employment for our clients. We are a “full-service” booking and management agency dedicated to providing quality, affordable management and administrative support for both established artists seeking to take their ministries to new levels and those just getting started in the music industry. The primary goal of The Management Agency is to help Christian musicians fulfill their calling to serve God through their musical gifts. We do this by being a resource provider, ministry facilitator, guidance counselor, manager, and booking agent. Regardless of whether you are just getting started and need our artist development services, or are already established and in need of standard artist management or booking agency support, we want to customize a plan specifically for you. UNIQUE MANAGEMENT PLANS We understand that most Christian artists and bands (in particular the independent artist) operate on limited incomes when they are first getting started. They cannot afford to pay the various commissions the “A-Level” artists pay, i.e., a manager (20% of gross), booking agency (10-15% of net), a publicist (10%), marketing and promotions developers ($50-$75 or more per hour), etc. Therefore, we customize each management plan to meet your specific career goals. We also provide web design services if you need a website and print design services for all the promotional materials needed to promote and market your ministry. Additional services include artist coaching, marketing support, bookkeeping, capital fund raising, radio promotions, publicity, and licensing. Our clients do not have to hire publicists, booking agents, art directors, marketing firms, promotions or image consultants, and career counselors - The Management Agency provides all of this and more for our clients. Because of our deep commitment to Christian principles, we are very selective of the clients we represent. Therefore we reserve the right not to represent an artist or group whose principles might conflict with ours.
